Type of issues considered


  1. Technical Issues


    Identified issues in the existing flow due to technical limitations or incorrect implementation. e.g. missing validations, missing loader, loading speed, rendering issues, layout breakdowns, API or technical failure messages etc.



  2. Visual Design

    Issues
Identified visual design (UI) issues. e.g. spacing/padding, alignment issues.



  3. Usability Issues

    Identified common usability issues, such as opening an alphanumeric keypad to enter a numeric
    value, auto movement of cursor from one text field to another where required, Distance between
    target click/tap points like a button and cursor position should be less etc.

  4. Performance Issues

    Identified where users are not engaging with a page or feature as expected. This can be done by tracking user behaviour through Smartlook or analyzing funnels.


  5. Consistency Issues

    Identified design or content issues that break consistency. e.g. Text fields - validations, placeholder & labels etc.


  6. Accessibility Issues

    Identified readability issues according to WCAG guidelines and target touch area issues on the screen per the guidelines.


  7. Information Architecture Issue

    Determine whether the current information architecture is effective or needs improvement.
